Policies

The guarantee applies only when:

• your qualifying practice sessions are for the same rating as your checkride
• you complete at least three qualifying paid sessions within the 45 days before your checkride
• at least one qualifying session occurs within the final 14 days
• you receive the Notice of Disapproval on your first checkride attempt for that rating
• you submit your claim within 30 days of your checkride
• you have not previously submitted a CheckrideIQ Guarantee claim for that rating

Free Discovery Flight sessions do not qualify.

A completed paid CheckrideIQ practice session for the same rating as your checkride that either reaches its natural conclusion or time limit, or includes at least 30 minutes of active practice before you choose to end the session. Free Discovery Flight sessions and incomplete or abandoned sessions do not qualify.

• Monthly subscription: the eligible refund is limited to up to the two most recent monthly subscription payments preceding your checkride.
• Checkride Sprint: the eligible refund is the Checkride Sprint purchase associated with your preparation period.

Earlier payments outside these limits are not refundable under the guarantee, and subscription payments and a Checkride Sprint purchase cannot be combined into one guarantee claim.

• the email address associated with your CheckrideIQ account
• your checkride date
• the rating
• a copy or photo of your Notice of Disapproval

You may redact information from the Notice of Disapproval that is unrelated to verifying your claim.

• One CheckrideIQ Guarantee claim per rating.
• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your checkride.
• Only paid practice sessions count toward eligibility; free Discovery Flight sessions never qualify.
